We track almost 200,000 individual prices assigned to the area code and prefix combination of phone numbers in the USA alone. This complexity is handled by our software and servers. But for you, pricing is simple.

You can change or switch between these services at any time by notifying us. You will be transferred back to this page to complete Steps 2 throughy 4 after submitting your Client Registration Form.

STEP 2: BUY LICENSE (No license required for C.O.D. customers)


C.O.D. CLIENTS: GroupCaller™Package Fee not required for C.O.D. customers (just register as a Client, select Pricing and Payment and get your Caller ID number). All others must buy a Package to determine their rate. Use of the GroupCaller™ system or any other GlobalTmail™ services indicates agreement to Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, our Policies and Procedures, plus the Client Agreement.


ONE-TIME PACKAGE FEE: Choose BASIC or ENHANCED from one of the 2 columns at the RIGHT. NOTE: No package is required for C.O.D. Clients. Staffed Call Center Clients please select only Single User license. HCC Clients Indicate whether you want single or multi-user by selecting # of users. After you pay for your license, you will be transferred back to this page to select Pricing & Payment Terms (Step 3).

STEP 4: FTC COMPLIANCE (CALLER I.D. PHONE NUMBER)

Access to or purchase of the GroupCaller™ system or any other GlobalTmail™ services indicates agreement to Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, our Policies and Procedures, plus the Client Agreement.


MONTHLY COMPLIANCE EXPENSE: The FTC requires this special phone number to terminate at our server and allow the person calling to put themselves automatically on your internal Do Not Call list. The minimum order is 1 but multiple Caller I.D. numbers are allowed). Most Clients need only 1 Caller ID number. However if you run multiple campaigns at the same time, you may need to subscribe to more than one Caller ID.

Caller ID Script Write/Record: We will write and record your Caller ID script for you in compliance with FTC regulations and to ensure maximum response to the inbound calls resulting from curiosity about "who called" for those unanswered calls in your calling campaign (the vast majority of calls in all cold-call campaigns go unanswered and result in a "curiosity call-back" response).
